
CEYLON CINNAMON DRINK
Ingredients
- 2 tsp CEYLON CINNAMON HONEY
- 1 cup WATER
- 1/2 LEMON
Instructions
- Boil in 1 cup of water
- Cover it and let it seep until it is warm enough to drink
- Add Ceylon cinnamon honey when the water is cool
- Drink 1/2 of this by adding lemon juice before going to bed.
- The other half should be covered and refrigerated and this should be consumed in the morning before breakfast by adding lemon juice.Do not re-heat it in the morning
